AFTER PURCHASE
Your Konnekt tv account details will be e-mailed to you after purchase. Most accounts are created in under 2 hours but in rare situations could take up to 24 hours. Remember to check your junk mail if email not received.
TERMS OF USE
Each Konnekt TV account allows you 1-6 connections simultaneously. You can use these connections over 2 IP Addresses (2 separate locations). Exceeding these limits will result in your account possibly being banned. MAC ADDRESS accounts are not compatible with the apps, they don’t use a username or password to connect and is old technology and not secure.
REFUNDS
There are NO Refunds. Once your account is created the credits are applied and cannot be reversed. If you have never tried Konnekt TV Streams we suggest starting with a 1 or 3 month package! we have over a 95% renewal rate.
CONTENT
Konnekt TV provides over 10,000+ high quality streams. Sometimes streams go down or are not working. Konnekt TV reserves the rights to remove any streams or replace to keep the service stable and reliable. Most channels are fixed within hours of issues being reported.
REQUIREMENTS
Konnekt TV recommends an internet connection of at least 10-15 mbps on the device. Android boxes need a minimum of android 5.0 and 1GB of ram. Android 7.0 and 2gb of ram is recommended for best results.
